Challenges & Solution
Lotte Mart, Korea’s largest supermarket retail, partnered with the bread and butter to create an integrated marketing communication strategy to increase customer visits to its stores and create a north star for Lotte Mart’s communication.
the bread and butter pulled Lotte Mart’s unique marketing insights by analyzing marketing campaigns and communications from food retail brands worldwide. From the valuable insights, the integrated marketing message of True to Excellence, Joyful Journey, Essential Quality Life, True Excellence, and Delightful Experience were created.
Additionally, based on how the current slogan, RE-NEW-ALL, has high awareness, the main new messages consistently RE-NEW-ALL’s core meaning. The original six product categories were also simplified and renewed to three intuitive categories with their own message as follows: ALL NEW PRICING, ALL NEW LIFESTYLE, ALL NEW EXPERIENCE.
Such a refresh in marketing and communication strategy will allow Lotte Mart to carry out a consistent campaign and the official launch will start in the second half of 2022.
