Samsung Electronics Retail Marketing team inquired the bread and butter to create a new retail store strategy and space design for Samsung Digital Plaza in Pyeongtaek. We researched and analyzed the site, potential consumers' lifestyle, and the competitive landscapes all under the global retail case studies. We came up with a new store positioning, concept, floor plan, unique space scheme, and façade design from research insights. Especially, in order to draw local consumers' footfall, such as students who attend Pyeongtaek university, we recommended having a café near the window side as well as parking area management plan for future flea market events. The new store successfully opened in November of 2019
