Challenges & Solution
Samsung Card, South Korea's largest credit card company, wanted their social media communication designs and messages to be consistent. To solve the issue, the bread and butter derived insights from successful case study research and analysis to create a strategic social media Visual Communication Matrix. The Visual Communication Matrix was designed to be suitable for communication strategy, designed system, photography style, the voice of the copywriting, as well as the internal operation guideline.

Samsung Card successfully launched its new social media visual communication system on Instagram and Facebook in March of 2019.
