Challenges & Solution
Korea Exchange Bank (KEB) asked the bread and butter to create its outdoor advertisement design to help attract people on the streets. For customers to react and share KEB's integrated and consistent brand image, we applied the 'SERVICE DESIGN' approach that draws on customers' life journeys. Our project with KEB was meaningful as it was the first 'SERVICE DESIGN' based advertisement that the banking industry in South Korea adopted. With the 'LINE INFOGRAPHIC' design concept, the bread and butter took various still life photos and mixed them with infographic design. The customer-focused and interactive window ads were successful in triggering customers' interest, helping them understand KEB's message, and leading them to enter the KEB branches to learn more about its financial services.
