Challenges & Solution

Korea Exchange Bank(KEB) asked the bread and butter to create its outdoor wrapping ad design to help attract people on the streets. We applied 'SERVICE DESIGN' approach, which draws the journey of customers, so that the customers can respond to and share KEB's integrated and consistent brand images. Our work is significant, as it is the first 'SERVICE DESIGN' based advertising adopted in the banking industry in S.Korea. With the design concept of 'LIFE INFORGRAPHIC', we took various still life photos and mixed them with infographic design. The customers-focused and interactive wrapping ads were successfully launched. The ads triggered customer interest and helped them understand what KEB tries to communicate through intimate photos, encouraged them to finally enter the KEB branches and learn more about its financial services.
