Challenges & Solution

Samsung Card, one of S.Korea's largest credit card brands, asked the bread and butter to plan their digital marketing promotion to raise customers' engagement with their digital channels such as instagram, app, website, and facebook.
To draw customers attraction to Samsung Card instagram(@withsamsungcard), we named this promotion 'follow follow me" as a big title. The word "me" has the same pronunciation as rice (미, [mee],米) in Korean, so we decided to have a promotion item a rice pack, collaboration with a premium rice brand in S.Korea.

Funny motivational copies of "do not eat alone", "have 3 meals a day", "full nutrition meals now?" on rice pack labels successfully appealed to 2030 millennials that enjoy solo lifestyle(one person household).

Follow Follow Me promotion was launched on 31st March, 2020 at Samsung Card instagram, questioning who you want to have lunch together(with rice packs) that includes a call-to-action, tagging their friends in instagram.
